The Job
We are currently recruiting an entry level SaaS Enterprise Sales Representative. This position offers an excellent training program, a strong base salary and uncapped commission. What You Will Be Doing
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
- Work collaboratively with customers to ensure that you stay on the same path towards mutually successful results that satisfy and solve their needs
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Identify and overcome objections
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems and device system platform
- Identify prospective customers by using internet based business directories, following leads from existing clients, using social media, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing. Monitor progress of order to make sure customer is satisfied
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information, handling objections and asking for the order
