We are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Recruiter to support the recruiting team for a growing Twin Cities company. What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain positive relationship with applicants through entire recruitment process to ensure high quality of candidate experience
- Hold phone and in-person interviews with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline and Talent Block
- Partner with your direct Account Manager and internal team to identify correct candidate targets
- Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Utilize an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirement to support the recruitment process
